FRIDAY 5 *reluctantly*
Another excellent idea from 70sTeen .
Well, excellent as long as the photos are of someone else……*grumble…harumph!*.
I was horrified to find just how many shots I actually appear in.

Who’s that bird you’re ‘dangling’? 70’s is going to go all ‘mushy’ at the doggie piccy ……..

Great stuff GW …. I knew you would make an effort (unlike some people lol)
That is one severe hair cut in the second photo was that a 70s one??
Love the pup awwww

What’s that car in the top piccy? Is it an A40?
September 18th, 2009 at 20:23
@DP : That danglin bird was my last girlfriend, and the car is a Morris Oxford Estate, I think….
@70s : The severe haircut was inflicted on me by the hairy guy nearest the camera in the top shot, a few days before I was a long-haired hippie (long story). I think that was taken late 1980.
Puppy is a mad Cocker Spaniel belonging to one of my little Sisters.
I was expecting to see 5 various size cardboard box encased heads over at DP’s……
Oh! And welcome to Spymaster….

Is it possible that no one, anywhere was sober in the 70’s?
September 18th, 2009 at 22:26
Hi and welcome, wbentrim. Yes, perfectly possible! Glad you popped in, when I looked at your blog earlier, only 1 photo was showing, now you’ve reminded me, i’ll check it out again.

GW, I was so sure you were going to post flowers instead of you…
September 19th, 2009 at 04:49
Finished working at the flower garden now Frac, and there’s not many sheep near me….
September 19th, 2009 at 11:12
It is Morris Oxford Estate – I learnt to drive in a Morris Oxford – I recognise the tail lights now ……
September 19th, 2009 at 11:27
Is it not an Anglia???
September 19th, 2009 at 13:33
@DP : I thought it was, my Dad had a Wolseley which was a posh version of the Austin/Morris range.
@70s : Similar pointy rear wings, but the Ford Anglia was much smaller, and I don’t think it ever came in an estate (station wagon) version.

I’m pretty sure all the sheep are in hiding now, after DP made it so obvious what his intentions were…
(can you blame them?)

I think the sheep reference is going to haunt ‘The Good Shepherd’…….
